At this time, we ship to the US, Canada, Australia and the UK.

Free shipping is currently available to the US, Canada, Australia and the UK.

Most orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt and shipped within 1-2 business days after processing.

Current average delivery times:

• Contiguous United States: 7-9 business days

• Noncontiguous United States: 6-10 business days

• Canada: 8-11 business days

• United Kingdom: 6-10 business days

• Australia: 10-12 business days

These figures are presented as averages and may be shorter or longer depending on current global shipping constraints.

Please note tracking numbers can take 1-5 days to be updated. 

Whenever possible, orders are delivered directly to you from our partner factory.

Orders are sent with express shipping.

This means your order can get to you faster, cuts out any middlemen, and provides a more sustainable option for you and our partner factory.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once - the others are on the way.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any international customs or tax fees at the point of entry into your country.

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to cancel or make changes to your order if it has not been processed yet. Orders are currently processed the same day as they are received by our system. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we can no longer make any changes to it. However, you can always contact us if you would like to return an item once it is delivered.
